• Consult with you to determine and prioritize your particular real estate wants and needs. We will help you define your financial ability to purchase, and explain alternative methods of purchasing and mortgage financing, taking you through the pre-approval process, when needed.

• We will be your "Single Point of Contact" for all properties. This may include properties listed with our office, as well as those offered by other real estate companies, through the MLS Services in the Metro area.

• We will familiarize you with community services information on recreation, municipal services, schools, shopping services, and cultural activities about your property choices.

• Explain the complex terms and practices of real estate transactions, the agreement of sale and contingencies, title insurance, easements, inspections, surveys, seller and lead based paint disclosures, typical closing costs and closing procedures to complete the purchase of your new home.

• Show all properties in accordance with Fair Housing Regulations and ethical Real Estate practices subscribed to as REALTOR members.

• Prepare the Agreement of Sale, have you acknowledge the Sellers and Lead Based Paint Disclosure Statements, and help facilitate the preparation and completion of all other paperwork necessary, including the earnest deposit for this purchase.

• Promptly present all written offers and upon acceptance, monitor all pre-settlement activities throughout the closing process.

• Assist in arranging property inspections upon request.

• Explain the benefits and provide the opportunity to purchase the Home Protection Plan.

• Provide and review the settlement statement and closing documents prior to closing.

• Offer assistance from our Award winning CENTURY 21 Town & Country Relocation Department, which includes a variety of relocation services, both locally and across the country, for you, as well as family, friends, neighbors and business associates.
