2003 Rules - The 2003 HOPRA Rulebook is being updated with a few rule change/clarifications to cover several areas of concern. Those of you who already have your '03 rulebook will get an update sheet with specific changes. All new members will receive updated books. The main changes were in SS/Mod/Poly Mod classes, we dropped the "Two" from the amount of holes for adjustable brush tension. Also you are allowed to screw in your bulkhead/magnet clips and add any readily available front bumper in Poly Mod.
