I've been a licensed Realtor since 1989. As a teenager, I started out working with my Father in acquiring and assisting in the management of various multi-family properties. During my college years, I formally entered the business and have since sold over 1,000 properties throughout my career. In addition to assisting many of my clients in buying and selling single family homes, my experience includes investing in numerous properties for rehab/resale or rental, selling small commercial buildings and includes the construction of single family homes from the ground up.
