	While *Speed Merchants* has been busy doing what we do best, the Slot Car Fourth Estate has been busy doing what they do best.

Speed Merchants’ full color race coverage recently appeared in both the May/June and July 2000 issues of Scale Auto Racing News. It’s gratifying to see Speed Merchants , in only its first year of operation, take its rightful place along side the other H.O. features in SARN.

But that’s not all! 1/24 racers should be quite familiar with *Slotcar Bulletin* but H.O. racers may not be. *Speed Merchants* also passed editorial muster in the July 2000 issue of SCB as well.
Could it be the favorable rub from *Buena Park Raceway, Speed Merchants* sponsor and host of the 30th Anniversary USRA Nats 2000? Or is it because the innovative *Speed Merchants* racing program takes the best from both 1/24 and H.O. organizations and leaves the worst behind? We report you decide!
