Riverside Raceway brings you a revolutionary new concept in Team Building. Staged in one competitive indoor environment, focusing on team interaction becomes far easier than observing from a distance. There are no rivers to wade across, no heavy weights to lift, no expensive and time consuming pre-training or conditioning. no perceived disadvantages for team members of either sex or age range.

Possibly most important, our courses promote a positive outcome without physical risk for your employees. Courses are not dependant on weather conditions and are flexible in terms of time from just 4 hours to 1½ days.

Flexibility, results, cost effectiveness, safety and enjoyment are key to the RIVERSIDE EXPERIENCE. Racing model cars is not only fun, it is a steep learning curve and highly competitive. The RIVERSIDE EXPERIENCE entails all the key aspects of team building with enhanced opportunities for decision making and new learning.

For less than £20.00 per client member, our courses provide the ultimate value both in terms of outcome and cost. Client teams are split into groups who are briefed on various aspects of the event from building the cars to selecting tyre compounds and gear ratios, tuning the handling of the car, team race organisation etc. The teams are then re-united and given the tools and equipment to build their own car, prior to racing their vehicle in an Enduro style event of pre-determined duration.

Challenge in terms of learning curve, stress and personal endurance may be varied according to the clients requirements dependant on car construction, race duration and condition parameters.

Our staff are skilled competitors in all formats of racing from short sprint events to International level 24 hour LeMans type enduro races and are able to provide the technical backup and expertise to ensure you receive all the guidance required to compete and enjoy the event.

Catering and accommodation during the event may be tailored to clients requirements.
